Recommend creative and communications agencies to collaborate on event concept, theme and branding design, attendee communication plan, and event marketing.
Consult with design editor to finalize all design, copy, print, branding, and digital edits prior to finalization to ensure it reflects all attendee event experience factors.
Work with the creative agency to incorporate a consistent message throughout the event, including on-site during the event, venue branding and print, and attendee communications.

Recommend web and mobile platform provider to create and manage the digital conference components. Work with you and the provider to design the framework and identify essential function inclusions.
Work with print and branding provider to select the most impactful locations for the branding and signage, and with the design editor to finalize all revisions prior to launch and all edits thereafter.
Manage task timeline and gather website and app data from responsible stakeholders. (design, copy, digital)

Recommend DMCs to provide a variety of possible services including transportation, local tours and leisure activities, city permitting, off-site event venues insight, décor, entertainment, gifts, and amenities. We also connect with the local Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB).
Work with DMC to curate event experiences unique to the local area.
Review final design proposal to ensure it is accurate and reflects all custom touches and elements. Ensure all experiences are executed as planned.

Work with creative team to design experiences that are dynamic, innovative, and memorable.
Design and utilize event function space to optimize experience from all angles. (Décor, food & beverage, lighting, etc.)

Work with supplier partners to identify speaker and entertainer options that align with your goals and budget. Provide you with speaker and music samples for your consideration.
Review all rider requirements to evaluate plausibility and budget impact.
Order and execute speaker and entertainment rider requirements with production and hotel partners. Manage agreed upon travel, accommodations, production needs, and on-site preferences.

Work with hotel and supplier partners to provide guest room amenity and gift options and sample presentations based on your objectives and budget.
Design and layout on-site gift experience area in partnership with the gifting supplier.
Oversee distribution on-site to ensure all intended attendees receive the amenities and gifts.

Partner with a production agency, exhibition company, and/or venue AV teams to thread your core event strategy through all elements of the design and plans for your marquee events, such as general sessions, trade shows and experiential activations.
Lead general oversight of supplier partners as they manage all “show” elements: run of show, event technology, speakers, rigging, load-in, set-up, break-down and load-out.
Coordinate efforts with the venue, suppliers, and AV team to design floor plans for all functions, from marquee events to social events, that balance the space, guest flow, and all experiential elements needed to bring your event to life.
