Our Contribution: The event highlighted market trends, educational sessions led by industry experts, and innovative culinary experiences, all designed to provide a guide for next steps using real-time examples of relevant topics such as service, cuisine, and creative decor concepts. During the keynote session, Paul shared his insights on the importance of pre-planning site visits and how a hotel-wide collaborative effort can greatly enhance a client's experience and increase the chances of the hotel winning the business.
