Executive Retreat and Business Strategy Meeting

Venue: The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Autograph Collection

Objective: Mainsail Lodging & Development, who develops and manages world-class lodging properties, reached out to our team for both planning assistance and to be a featured speaker at their three-day event aimed at motivating sales, events, and culinary leaders across their portfolio to take their event services to the next level.

Our Contribution: We designed a plan to comfortably optimize the time and space against the backdrop of the town of Burlington and Lake Ontario. We crafted a space utilization plan to best use their meeting space for the many various functions of the meeting and designed the layout and furniture design and elements in all spaces. To make an impression during the business session, we incorporated technical AV professionals to operate the meetings. Between meals and meetings, we worked with the local Destination Management Company to include a plan for leisure activities to explore the local area of Burlington. For the space of the stunning 100-acre organic farm, the bar, and its elements to utilize the space to best feature.

We worked closely with their operations team and a local décor company to design a look and feel for the venue, which is typically used for weddings, to host a corporate attendee base while respecting the natural, inviting aspect of the land and its central venue, the barn. The evening's menu was a true feast for the senses, featuring a variety of mouth-watering dishes made with fresh, organic produce straight from the farm! It was an unforgettable night of great food, good company, and a celebration of sustainability and local, organic farming.
